Privacy Policy

Esmeralda Eminova (“Tarotouq”, “I”, “me”) is the data controller for the information described here. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, email eminovaesmeralda@yandex.ru, or message me on any of the channels listed at the end.

Nothing is collected when you browse. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to: no analytics, no advertising or social tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, and nothing stored in your browser. Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact any other company.

Information is collected only if you submit the booking form:

• the reading you selected, and its price;
• the question or questions you wrote;
• the channel you chose to be contacted on and the handle or number you gave for it;
• anything you added about when you are reachable;
• the date and time, and a reference number for the booking.

Payment happens on PayPal, not here. Your card and billing details are entered on PayPal's own site and are never seen by, or sent to, this one.

Like any website, the server hosting this page keeps short-lived technical logs, which can include your IP address. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile.

People often ask about health, relationships, money, family or faith. Under UK and EU data protection law some of that counts as a special category of personal data, which needs a higher bar than ordinary information.

You control this completely. Write as much or as little as you want, and leave out anything you would rather not put in writing — a question can be general and still be read. By submitting the form you are explicitly consenting to my handling what you chose to write, for the sole purpose of preparing your reading. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking me to delete it.

Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

• To deliver your reading — the booking details are needed to perform the service you asked for, and to reach you about scheduling it.
• Your explicit consent — for any sensitive detail you chose to include in your question.
• Keeping records — a legitimate interest in knowing which bookings were paid and completed, and in meeting any tax or accounting obligations.

Your details are never sold, rented, or used to advertise to you.

Your booking is delivered to me through two services, and stored there:

• Telegram — the booking is sent to me as a message, so I see it straight away.
• Google Sheets — the same booking is written to a private spreadsheet, so nothing is lost if a message is missed.
• PayPal — handles your payment directly, under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller.
• The hosting provider — runs the site and keeps the technical logs described above.
• The channel you picked — Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram — carries our conversation about your reading, under its own privacy policy.

These companies operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is done on the basis of the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Booking records — your question, contact handle and payment status — are kept for 12 months after the reading is delivered, then deleted from both the Telegram chat and the spreadsheet. Anything needed for tax or accounting is kept for as long as the law requires. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will, unless I am legally required to keep it.

If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to ask for a copy of what I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercising any of these is free and I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and in the EU it is the authority for the country you live in.

Readings are not offered to anyone under 16, and the booking form is not intended for them. If you believe someone under 16 has sent me their information, contact me and I will delete it.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to how your information is used will not be applied retroactively to bookings already made.
